Private Events & Holiday Parties in Kansas City
Good company. Proper cocktails. A party at Brass Monkey.
A proper cocktail is a good place to start a party. Add warm lamplight, vintage furnishings, and a few familiar faces, and you have the makings of an evening at Brass Monkey.
Our downtown Kansas City lounge welcomes private groups of up to 100 guests. Holiday parties, company gatherings, client receptions, birthdays—tell us what’s on the calendar. We’ll help work out the drinks, food, and details.

Custom drink packages
Let us know what your guests enjoy and the budget you have in mind. We’ll walk through drink-package options with you and help put together a plan for the evening. If there’s a favorite cocktail you’d like to include, ask. We can discuss what’s possible while planning the menu.
Catered food for your gathering
Catered food options are available for private events. We’ll discuss food preferences, dietary requests, and service timing alongside the drinks, then confirm the arrangements in your event proposal.
A gathering of up to 100 guests
Tell us roughly how many guests you’re expecting and how you’d like the evening to go. We’ll talk through the space and setup that suit your gathering, with the details confirmed during planning.
Put a date on it
Send us your preferred date, approximate guest count, and a little about the occasion. Include a budget range and any food or drink requests you already have in mind. We’ll follow up with availability and options for your gathering.
